One of the fun things in Saw is getting to see a flashback to a favorite game/trap from a previous movie.
Saw III did the bathroom and Amanda's RBT.
Saw V did the Nerve Gas House.
Saw VI did the Rack.
Which one of these flashback game setup scenes would you love to see?

Kerry (for see more scenes within Hoffy and Mandy) + Kerry scenes explaining her relation with Strahm and Perez.
And the Water Box (because i really love the theory of Hoffman doing this test behind Jigsaw's back).

Kerry most definitely
:D
:D
cuz if Hoffy helped Amanda with that trap then he had to have known it was rigged (before he was talking about it with the F.B.I. of course)
Kerry FTW!

I voted other.
Adam and Gordon.....Maybe showing Tapp and Zep
Of the poll choices I voted for the set-up of Kerry's trap (and wish I had thought to vote for Troy's as well). I'd also like to see the set-up of some of the Traphouse, like the Syringe Pit.

the camera pans from the ceiling down.......we see Hoffman and Amanda unloading the first boxes of dirty needles into the empty pit. Hoffman with a disgusted look on his face.
"So how the hell did you get so many dirty needles?"
"I have my....connections."
Hoffman sarcastically...."Oh sorry...I forgot....you're the junky."
I think Jill could've provided the syringes for that trap, and if you believe Amanda worked at a hospital, she could've gotten them from there as well.

Don't know how serious this should be taken, but Leigh Whannell mentioned in the commentary that the needles are presumed to be gathered from crack houses and to still have drugs in and on the needle tips.

I always wondered about that and wonder if Amanda ever contracted anything from the syringes.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I want to see if Hoffman screwed with any of the IV or V games, and also the bathroom of course
Still so many questions unanswered on those

Fatal Five
Troy's Chain Trap
Kerry's Angel Trap
We briefly saw Kerry's in Saw 4, but I think it needs more explanation in regards to Hoffman. I think that son of a bitch set Amanda up and I want to see if I'm right, lol.

I'm curious as to how Hoffman set up the Hangman Trap in VI. Addy and Alan had to have been awake when he put them in the nooses, or else they wouldn't be able to stand and would just be strangled. I'm amused by the thought of Hoffman in his pig mask trying to shove a screaming, kicking old lady onto that tiny platform.
But I don't actually want a flashback, I think the only setups that would be worth exploring are the medical ones (in case of additional medical apprentice lol).

I chose Other because I think it would be interesting if they two montage flashbacks where some or all of the games mentioned above can be shown. I would like to see Hoffman's involvement with the Bathroom game (if he had any involvement lol). Some interesting ones would be Troy, Kerry, and The Evil Room games. The Powers That Be should really consider doing SAW VII in two parts kind of like Harry Potter. Have each part run at 2hrs time and have both set up in 3D. I remember on the DEMON FM interview, the writers spoke about there being 3 trilogies: Jigsaw's Trilogy, Hoffman's Trilogy and the Finale Trilogy. If they smush 3 films into one it's going to feel like too much and if they keep the running time at 90mins, SAW VII is going to feel too rushed and jammed packed with stuff.
If they were planning on SAW VII-IX, then they should try to execute it similarly:
October 2010 release SAW VII 3D Part I (consisting of SAW VII and the first half of SAW VIII)
October 2011 release SAW VII 3D Part II (consisting of the second half of SAW VIII and SAW IX)
Each film can have a running time of 2hrs.
They can film the whole thing at once and just release it in two parts.

I would like to see a flashback setup of Michael's Venus flytrap mask from SAW II.

Did they ever explain why the hell a bullet with Rigg's fingerprints on it was lodged in the trap?
Drill Chair Jeff, Mark, and Zep.
I would like to know how Mark and Jeff could have won their games. Seeing how Zep was poisoned and John showing him the bathroom would also be interesting.

First of all, a question: What in the world is "The Evil Room"?
I'd like to see Troy's and Kerry's trap again, to finally know, who really rigged those traps in the end.
Although I'm pretty sure, that it was indeed Amanda.
I don't think that there was anything going on in that building, Jigsaw didn't know of.
I like to think that he even knew of Hoffman's letter, since he was the one who told Amada to get the envelope.
And since he said in the end of SAW 3, that it was Amanda, who manipulated the traps, she probably was it. Period.
But still I would like to see some proof! :p
I'd also like to see more of the fatal five, since I think that this part of the series is still the least developed.

The evil room is the room in Saw IV where Eric/Art/ and Hoffman are
and I agree with the rest of your statement :D

Heh, thanks.
Also for the explanation, now the lightbulb over my head works again! :p
Could also be interesting to see more of that game...
Tough decision!

In seriousness, though, I feel like there's quite a bit left untold about the traps in Saw III... as well as Art's involvement in Saw IV. It's never explored in depth how John ensured he would do all of what needed to be done, as far as I recall- and while the second one isn't overly important to the plot itself, it would be nice to see just how dirty Hoffman's hands really are.

Personally, I want it to be any trap that involved both Amanda and Hoffman working on it. I love the tension between the two.

I think Fatal Five flashbacks would be pretty much good for VII. That's 'cause John said this game is a part of something bigger and VII has to dot the i's and cross the t's in this whole thing. Also I want to see Strahm's Headbox, most likely because I liked this trap :)

I'd like to see riggs apartment mainly to get some more art blank! His character arc has soo much potential, i really wish they'd explore it. Hes one of the few characters they could really build a story for with it still being relevant to the storyline :(

I want to see Hoffman rigging Kerry's trap. It's pretty obvious he did it- he had the motivation to rig it, Amanda didn't, plus I think he rigged ALL the traps. I think "Told you he'd fuck with it" is a clue they left in VI to hint at Hoffman rigging the traps. I'd also like to see Strahm put in his head trap, just so we know who did it.

The traps in IV (the masoleum trap especially) and the Fatal Five game.
I should've voted for the set-up of Troy's trap as well, but this is also a scene I wish to see. Just to see how Amanda and Hoffman went about it, and if Hoffman did anything to sabotage it.

i voted kerry because i want it to be that hoffman rigged amanda's trap... other that that i would like fatal five because there my favorites.

Definitely Kerry's trap more than any other.
More of the Traphouse, preferably showing the Syringe Pit set-up this time.
Troy's trap.
Kerry's trap.
At least one of the other traps inside Gideon.

i always thought that the fatal five game felt random now, but by the end of VII it would be a vital piece of the puzzle

amanda watching kerry die and her reaction pretty much shows that amanda knew it was rigged to kill her...I dont think we get anything else out of that trap but maybe the fact hoffman helped load her up in the air. like amanda told him stick to the "heavy lifting" although he wont be returning itd be nice to see how hoffman was franticly running around to lock strahm in the sick room and then to get his pig mask on to attack him and save corbett all BEFORE the FBI shows up..
oddly enough dr gordons trap wasnt listed....come on you know everyone wants a shot from outside that bathroom looking in and dr g crawling out and what transpires from there....what become of the legendary dr g.
It's still possible Amanda didn't know the trap was rigged until she saw Kerry die. Who's to say she wasn't surprised to see Kerry die after her death?

For all we know in the non-rigged version she would still be hanging up there. SO maybe amanda was happy because she thought she passed her test.

I voted for Kerry's trap although I also really want to see the Evil Room. Did Art know Hoffman was in on it or did he arrive after the game was set up?
Ivan's trap: I'm interested to see how it was put together "piece by piece"
Actually now that I look at the poll, I would like to see any of these choices explained. Most if not all traps have a question or a mysery that we want the answer to. :)

i believe arts son is mallick..and john was blackmailing him that he will tell everyone that it was his son that burned the house down and killed all those people... I think his trap was set up to do just that...explain down the road because first there was no tape...second we see just a few seconds after the trap he has a folder and tape...so im thinking maybe we find out whats on that tape in the last film because he ties into this....hell by the time art was in the trap he KNEW john his partner was the jigsaw killer...theres no way he wouldntve know john knew things about him and he had no choice.. art was johns right hand man for awhile...
